In Exodus Chapter 14, God very deliberately leads Israel into a corner with no way out. And yet somehow, we’ve allowed ourselves to think that when God leads us, He always leads us to rose petaled paths and Disneyland. Because He loves well, God will paint us in a corner from time to time to show us that He alone is sufficient for human flourishing. And so when the difficult hour is upon us, we have an opportunity to know things about God that we never did before. The Camp of Israel will discover that very thing through the Red Sea in this week’s study, and we invite you walk through the water of the Word of God with us as well.
