The writer of Hebrews takes us into the Holy of Holies in the Tabernacle, and dazzles the mind with a multi-dimensional prophetic picture of the glory of Jesus Christ. In fact the writer calls the entire system under the Old Covenant a PARABLE – designed to communicate to you and I the richness and depth and glory of the Gospel revealed to us in Jesus! In the parlance of the Tabernacle, you and I as believers – we no longer have to settle for the apathy and indifference created by distance from the Lord out there in the Outer Court – when the way to fellowship and intimacy with the Lord of the Universe has been made wide open for us to come in! The blood has been poured; the curtain has been cut; the wicks have been trimmed; the Lamp has been lit; the rod is with bud; the table with bread – all waiting and beckoning and inviting you and me to come ALL THE WAY IN… In a day and age in which so many are willing to settle for Christian mediocrity, get your Word on with us this week – man we’re going ALL THE WAY IN!
