Hebrews 9:15-28

The writer of Hebrews gives us two new constructs by which to understand the infinite glory of the Gospel of Jesus Christ – a last will and testament – and blood. By these two constructs we are given extraordinary insights into God’s design to have His Son die for you and me. A death so efficacious, its benefits stretch all the way back to the beginning of time, and as far into the future as the Lord allows the planet to tick. While no one thing or person or construct can adequately unpack the fullness of our Lord Jesus Christ, when we take all that the Bible has to offer together, we can enrich and embolden and expand our understanding of the unfathomable, and Jesus can write upon our hearts – “Behold, the volume of the book is written of me!” Get your Word on with us as we steward the mysteries of Christ unto the delight of our souls – that we might make much of and magnify the glory of God!
