Hebrews 3:1-6

As we begin to prepare for very real short-term challenges, these minds of ours are like the needle of a compass moving through a minefield of magnets.  In a timely message, the writer of Hebrews redirects and reorients our souls around our True North  –  Jesus Christ, who created all things and holds all things together by the Word of His power.  As Sons and Daughters of the King, ours is not a posture of panic, but a picture of purpose.  As we seek to serve and steward in love, we’re given the ultimate opportunity to walk in practically who we already are positionally, that we might be a harbor of hope and a salve in the storm for those unsettled souls around us.  Get your Word on with us, where we continue to pursue the greatness of Christ, and draw near with confidence to the throne of grace to receive mercy and grace in our time of need.  For those of us who call VXV our church home, we’ll also be addressing our short-term plans for the near future.  Cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you!
