Hebrews 2:5-10

God’s original design for man was to give him dominion over the entire planet, and for a time that is exactly the way it was.  But then something went horribly wrong, and man’s dominion over the earth was robbed. We have come up with many ways to describe the problem with mankind and we’ve developed many programs to combat those problems. And yet we’ll remain in the dark until we understand we are sinners living in a post-Genesis 3 world. Underneath and behind all of our chaos and cancer and corruption, is the reality that we are separated from God by our sin. This week in Hebrews Chapter 2, the writer unfolds God’s glorious plan to restore man’s dominion over the planet through the person and works of Jesus Christ. Try as they may, programs and platforms and politics could never dismantle death.  But the Captain of our salvation did.  Get your Word on with us and discover the glorious future of man in Christ!
