The writer of Hebrews exhorts the church to take care of their theology, so that they do not allow themselves to be deceived by false teachers, who are forever seeking to alloy the craftiness and the cunning of men into the Word of God.  Jesus said His sheep know His voice, and they do not follow the voice of strangers.  The very best defense against false teaching is an intimate knowledge and familiarity with the genuine article – the Word of God!  Get your Word on with us, where we follow our Savior out of the camp of religion and into the glory of God!  Jesus Christ is the same yesterday today and forever!
