Things begin to really heat up this week as the writer of Hebrews brings the theological section of this weighty epistle to a close. One of the most grave deficiencies that ought to be a real cause for concern in the American Church today, is her impoverished understanding of the Holiness of God. Without a rich and robust understanding of God’s Holiness, it will be an uphill battle for any believer to delight in the sheer magnitude and weight of His profound grace. The writer reminds us that there is day coming in this planet’s future, when that which is eternal will be separated from that which is temporal, and all that will remain are those things attached to the Holiness of God. Get your Word on with us this week, as we ask the question – how therefore should we conduct ourselves in holy conduct and godliness? For our God is a consuming fire!
