If in fact we have bought into Christian theology, if in fact the unspeakable grace of God has illuminated the dark spaces in our hearts, then Paul is telling us in Colossians 3 that the fruits of the Spirit of agape love ought to be made evident to, and nourishing those, who are closest to our lives. And so this week Paul speaks to Christian living as it concerns moms and dads and husbands and wives and kids and co-workers, and the kind of lives that God is inviting us upwards into – in order for both individuals and families to flourish in Christ.
