Jesus launches into the greatest prophetic sermon we have recorded in the Gospels, what we’ve come to call the Olivet discourse. And He starts where He always starts when He warns His church, warning against spiritual deception. Unlike the earthquakes and famines and wars and diseases which He tells us will also come, understand spiritual deception is the only thing that will come your way in this life that has the ability to follow you beyond the grave.
